Project Development Manager

Responsibilities
 
Ø  Secure and develop the relationship with the Chinese partner.
Ø  Collect information on business counterparts.  
Ø  Prepare the negotiation: market intelligence, industry practices, market alternatives, market/industry/regulation developments, etc...)
Ø  Prepare/propose the negotiation scenarios and related mandate to be validated by project management (Project Committee, Governing Group...)
Ø  Negotiate the above mandate with counterpart.
Ø  Feed-back to the project management, propose compromise, and negotiation scenarios as well as strategies.
Ø  Liaise and coordinate with the project technical team on project related topics.
 
 Requirements
 
Ø  5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry with at least 3 years on the business & negotiation (contract, logistic etc. ).
Ø  3 years position in an international environment.
Ø  Active networking and knowledge of energy and downstream sector in China.
Ø  Experienced in negotiation with strategic mindset.
Ø  Good oral and written communication skills: transparency, accuracy, synthesis, ability to convince.
Ø  Good analytical skills, self-driven, capacity to deliver.
Ø  Adaptability and flexibility for new challenges and changing environment.
Ø  Native Chinese, fluent in English, French as a plus.
