Responsibilities:

Manage mainland nationwide distribution system. Working with sales and other related departments to ensure national distribution network and transportation model are competent in the market.

Develop and optimize logistics net work, transportation system, risk management and mitigation plan. Improve the transportation structure to achieve shortest delivery time with the competent transportation cost and minimum losses.

Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL suppler to ensure their performance can meet Kohler requirement.

Manage and monitor warehouse operations to ensure high inventory accuracy, high compliance with the standard, local regulatory requirement and superior customer service level both to internal and external customers

Develop and maintain the regional distribution center (RDC) inventory policies together with sale team and supply chain planning.

Manage and monitor customer order delivery process to secure high order delivery on time as well as competent order delivery leading time.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management or related.

7-10 years of logistics management experience in MNC.

Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP/WMS software.

Self motivated, results and achievement oriented.
-
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
