Demand Manager

职位描述

Responsibilities：
S&OP Process pilot run and deployment
(i)    Deploy JDA tool, define standard report of forecast
(ii)    Co-work with PM to generate sales forecast
(iii)    Generate purchasing forecast in JDA tool
(iv)    Organize S&OP meeting to align sales demand with logistics & source plant capacity
(v)    Measure MAPE, take action to improve forecast accuracy
 Logistics Offer review
(i)    Review logistics offer with commercial team, Simplify and standardize offer to easy run business
(ii)    Co-work with PM and PE to manage Phase in, phase out and transfer project
Inventory Management
(i)    Clearly define MTS, MTO, ETO order fulfillment strategy
(ii)    Define inventory replenishment strategy as well as SAP implement solution.
(iii)    Lead SS, ROP, MOQ, PPQ review on quarterly basis, maintain correct inventory parameter in SAP system.
Supply Chain scoreboard  & SAP master data management
(i)    Prepare weekly report on STS/STR and backlog, organize review meeting to improve customer service level.
(ii)    Prepare monthly report on inventory and lead time as well as STS/STR, backlog, take action to shorten lead time and increase inventory turn.
(iii)    Maintain and revise SAP master data, clean SAP system
 
Requirement：
•    Bachelor degree in supply chain /logistics or statistics.
•    Minimum 10 years working experiences on planning and demand management, manufacturing industry experience is prefer
•    In-depth knowledge and experience on forecast and inventory management as well as MPS process
•    Good knowledge and skill on demand management tool
•    Fluent English
