Responsibilities:
1. Product Planning and Management (30%)
• determine product specifications
• define the long term strategy of the product and create product roadmap
• prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity
• develop pricing strategies and product policies
• develop product configuration schema for different customers(public, private or others)
• determine product packaging solutions
• manage and communicate with cross functional teams
2. Sales and Customers Support (30%)
• develop sales tools and sales training material
• conduct product presentations
• provide technical training to sales team
• Tendering/Bidding support with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
• manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
• use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development
3. Marketing Research (20%)
• develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
• plan product launch
• liaise with advertising and public relations to promote product
• supply sales with latest research and marketing information
• implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
• research and analyze market conditions
• identify key competitor and consumer trends
• articulate market requirements and opportunities
• identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
4. Localization Project Management (20%)
• own and manage local project
• collaborate with suppliers inside and outside China
• negotiate deadlines, schedules and roadmaps
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in clinical software marketing.
The successful candidate will be required to have a proven record demonstrating all aspects of software product marketing, training and commercial launch of clinical software in China.
The successful candidate will be required to routinely interface with sales and colleagues of headquarter.
