Responsibilities
Providing support on-site to determine root cause of technical problem based on client input and remote management technology.
Provide remote technical support for hardware and software.
Interact with escalation groups to resolve complex technical issues.
Record all service requests or incidents in the corporate service management tool and follow the defined global processes in its use.
Acquire and maintain knowledge on newly purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems.
Assist with the testing of new or upgraded PC software and hardware releases as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting desktop computers in Helpdesk and Desktop tiered environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
English speaking and writing skill are required.
Be skilled in personal computer in a business environment.
