职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising all matters of the reception.
2. Review arrival information on a daily basis, VIPs, regular guests, long staying guest, groups, special requests etc. Follow up with relevant department
3. Adhere to department daily briefing with associates, information sharing (such as hotel promotion and guest satisfaction index, guests commendation letters etc)
4. Approve upgrades and special amenities. Adhere to complimentary rooms procedures
5. Ensure Front Office personnel handle guest registration efficiently, promptly and courteously
6. Be aware of all establishment credit policies and procedures
7. Liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out
8. Ensure correct foreign currency exchange procedure
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge and very familiar with reception operation
2. English language is skillful. Good communication, organize and problem solving skill
3. Good supervisory skill, with emphasis on " people management"Additional.
4. Positive attitude under pressure
5. Training & presentation skill3.
6. Familiar with operation software
