Responsibilities
Ø New products introduction and relevant process training.
Ø Balance capital investment project in plant.
Ø Process troubleshooting and adjustment.
Ø PE team management and career development.
Ø Weekly/Monthly PE/QA/production meeting.
Requirements
Ø Preferable Master’s degree in chemical engineering.
Ø At least 8 years process engineering experience, chemical industry or similar and/or with engineering company active in this field.
Ø Quality management experience is preferred, including experience in ISO system.
Ø Safety drive, communicator, team player, able to cooperate with different disciplines (marketing, R&D, production) and countries.
Ø Innovative/creative, conceptual thinker but also structured problem solver.
Ø Fluent in English.
