Responsibilities
 
Ø  Implement the company strategy and objectives in line with corporate directives.
Ø  Plan and execute local strategy, which may include new channels for distribution.
Ø  Oversee, plan and execute launch plans for new product introductions.
Ø  Establish and maintain top level contacts with heads of life sciences research institutions & universities and important market KOL’s and VIP’s.
Ø  Identify market opportunities and trends. Monitor, analyze and pre-empt competitive activity providing accurate and timely input and recommendations to management.
Ø  Identify and develop sales and marketing promotions for new customers, competitive conversions and key events in line with company strategy.
Ø  Establish effective relationships with all stakeholders, including regional leadership team, HQ key functions, government bodies, and business partners.
Ø  Provide strong leadership and problem solving skill to local team.
 
 Requirements
 
Ø  At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with general sales management responsibilities, in multinational healthcare or life Sciences research organization.
Ø  Ability to manage and develop high performers and to deal effectively and promptly with poor performers.
Ø  Well developing business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
Ø  Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills.
Ø  Excellent English communication skills.
