Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate, review, follow up and report financials for the legal entities. Drive planning and budget processes.
2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, both ad-hoc and recurring.
3. Follow up, review and challenge improvement areas and risks.
4. Help out on larger sales contracts or agreements
5. Support district managers in administrative tasks and reporting and represent the company in their absence.
6. Manage the financial department and further develop the operation according to our growth, through developing/coaching the team, implement/improve procedures and tools, etc.
7. Potentially assist and support other TOMRA entities operating in China
Requirement:
1. 10 years’ working experience (preferably from midsized WOFE in China).
2. Certified Public Accountant or similar experience would be advantageous.
3. Well-developed hands on financial skills.
4. Business and result oriented, analytical
5. Positive attitude and solution oriented mind set
6. Good communication skills
7. Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written)
