Responsibilities
 
Ø  Define goals, content and schedule of product development and assigned projects.
Ø  Take lead of product/solution localization.
Ø  Define the localization steps / identify the parts for localization.
Ø  Define and assign work packages to the project team members, guide the project team to meet the requirement.
Ø  Give technical advice and instructions and support actively on the supplier side when critical parts have to be sourced.
Ø  Build prototypes of localized products together with project team and suppliers.
Ø  Making the quality planning and releasing of single parts and assemblies.
Ø  Support the preparation of make or buy decisions.
Ø  Solve technical issues, support production / assembly layout etc.
Ø  Assists the PM to prepare the gate meeting and delivers of each phase of localization.
Ø  Support the technical and engineering know-how transfer and quick learning.
Ø  The communication with the project team and related department head.
 
 Requirements
 
Ø  Bachelor degree or above in mechatronic engineering or similar.
Ø  Above 5 years’ experience in the mechatronic field.
Ø  Product/process developing skill .
Ø  Project management training, certificate of PMP is an advantage.
Ø  Strong project management skills.
Ø  Team work spirits, ability to work under high pressure.
Ø  Strong communication skills, team player.
Ø  Positive attitude towards solving problems.
Ø  Interdisciplinary working style.
