• Development, negotiation, and administration of Purchase Orders and Requests for Proposals in compliance with legal, technical, and corporate requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and analyze raw material procurement data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information.
• Ensure adherence to all policies related to goods and service purchases from outside vendors.
• Assurance of competitive cost, quality, and appropriate service levels for assigned procurement responsibility for goods & services.
• Negotiation of pricing/contracts for specific raw materials that will provide competitive advantage in market place.
• Procurement and manage inventory control of raw materials together with operation team, and ensure uninterrupted plant operation.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in supply chain or business management，Minimum 5 years sourcing / purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of the chemicals or related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and MS applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Direct employee management experience preferred.
