Responsibilities:
1. Set up an independce qualtity control department to assurance products qualtiy.
2. Command and monitor the QC team to conduct inspection, communicate with merchadiser/produce department as well as suppliers to slove any problems during inspection.
3. Cope wtih claim or complain from customers and related departments, shoot out the boot cause, work out settlement and follow up CAP with factories.
4. Provide regular training to QC.
5. Factory compliance auditing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, at least 10 years working experience in quality control, 5 years experience as management.
3. Good communication skills
4. Good command of English with oral and written.
