Objectives
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Work more quickly and effectively, in teams and individually, on complex and simple problems, decisions, and plans
• Resolve concerns based on facts (not guesses or assumptions) and clarify missing information
• Devise solutions and improvements that address the real causes of performance

AdvantEdge Course Outline
The AdvantEdge course is organized in four main modules.  Each module consists of a lesson containing fundamental skills and a structured lesson for advanced skills. These modules and the lessons within them can be taught together or independently to meet the specific needs of individuals or groups within an organization.  The chart below shows the course structure.
